Myatts Field was a £6.7 million development, split over 4 years & 4 Phases and made up of a total 808 units.
These flats, Maisonettes & houses were a mixture of tenures, which also included communal areas, door entry, CCTV and AOV systems external lighting, bespoke park lighting and a community centre.
