West Street is a project valued at £320,000 and was completed on programme and in budget on November 2020.
Consisting of 42 mixed tenure units, communal areas, underground car parks, video door entry, CCTV, IRS, AOV systems, ventilation, fireproof passive ventilation ducting and external carpark lighting.
